Customer Experience for Foodservice Vendors

What makes a great customer experience for foodservice vendors. Your customers are operators and distributors, in most cases. What makes you special? Please provide input. I’m a big believer in company culture leading to other success. A company culture that values employees is a start. The employee then values the customer by providing prompt responses with respect toward the customer (even if they are upset.) What are the facets of a great customer experience for you?
